Application Specialist- Maternity Home Based with travel across the UK
We are looking for an Application Specialist to join our implementation team supporting the deployment of our leading-edge Maternity Management System (Euroking) across the UK and Channel Islands.
This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to support the transformation of healthcare through digital tools that improve patient outcomes and support more efficient procedures. As an Application Specialist, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, supporting the installation and rollout of our maternity product to new customers and the implementation of new modules and enhancements for with existing customers.
As our product expert, you will provide advice, guidance and coaching to users through the project lifecycle in relation to workflow, testing and configuration. You will also support system administration, configuration and workflow changes in line with the NHS Maternity Standards and other customer requirements across our customer estate. You will also identify opportunities to improve the utilisation and functionality of the product to enhance user experience and productivity improvements.
There will be an element of third line service support assessing and providing bespoke configuration change requests logged by customers via service desk and working closely with Wellbeing Digital Midwife and Application Specialist Midwife on Maternity workflow changes.
You will need to be an effective communicator and focused on delighting your customers, anticipating their needs, and working pro-actively to ensure that deployments proceed according to schedule and resolving issues as they arise. This will include being on customer sites to support go-live events and may include nights away from home for several days at a time.
Given the bespoke nature of this role our ideal candidate will have:
- Comprehensive, practical Euroking System knowledge gained from at least 3 – 5 years in-service experience as an Euroking system user. Ideally in a Euroking System Management support role with familiarity of additional Euroking modules.
- Excellent working knowledge of standard operating processes within a Maternity Department and their application to a Maternity Information System developed within a clerical, informatics or clinical role.
- Detailed understanding of the components of questionnaires and workflow within Euroking
