Client Manager (Radiology)

We are looking for a Client Manager with extensive knowledge of Radiology and associated software products. Our Client Managers are the key contact for our customers, managing the day-to-day relationship, ensuring we deliver exceptional service, resolve any issues that may occur and ultimately retain every customer. You will also be responsible for leveraging client relationships to increase revenue through the promotion of additional products and services.

This is a National coverage role and may require extensive travel with regular nights away from home including to the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day relationship with our customers, ensuring regular contact and site visits where appropriate, delivering exceptional service and maximising customer retention
  • Managing any client issues through to successful resolution, including liaison with operational teams and escalation to technical specialists as appropriate
  • Promoting additional products and services to deliver increased revenue – managing the sales cycle from enquiry, qualification of leads, documentation of requirements and agreeing statements of work
  • Supporting the Sales Operations Team in the preparation of customer facing documentation, for example, statements of works, high level sales proposals.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of activity and customer information on the Sales CRM system and in other formats as required
  • Supporting the sales team with attendance at conferences and exhibitions


Essential Skills and Experience

Due to the nature of this role, ideally you will be (or have previously) worked within a Radiology environment or have experience and a level of knowledge of using a RIS.

  • Understanding of NHS imaging transformation strategies and the role of digital technology in improving patient outcomes
  • Exceptional and pro-active approach to delivering optimal customer service

combined with a solution focused attitude

  • A full driving licence and appropriate vehicle insured for business use
  • Previous sales/client management experience
  • Technically minded with an understanding of healthcare software, departmental workflows and information networks within the healthcare or related sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
