UX/Product Designer

Do you want to use your creative and technical skills to help people live longer, healthier lives?

We are looking for skilled UX/Product Designer to help us build and evolve our software products to place the end user at the heart of accessibility, usability and functional design within our leading healthcare software products.

Working collaboratively with our existing customers, product owners and software development teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products remain at the leading edge as we expand our sales within existing markets and grow into new markets across the globe.  As such you will be involved in:

  • Conducting research with industry leaders, our customer base, product owners, sales and marketing specialists and our software developers to define improvements to the user experience and build these into our product roadmaps
  • Ensuring our products align with global accessibility and inclusion guidelines across mobile, tablet and desktop applications
  • Contributing to the definition of the user journeys, workflows and prototypes which feeds into the product lifecycle

Our ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a commercial UX/Design role ideally within the healthcare software industry combined with an understanding of agile software development methodology. You will pride yourself on a ‘right first time’ attitude combined with a continuous improvement mindset, able to influence and inform key stakeholders with respectful challenges about doing things more effectively to deliver maximum impact.  You will be competent in both HTML and CSS and comfortable with prototyping tools (Figma) and even better if you are familiar working within a scrum environment and using Jira. Ideally you will also have an in-depth understanding of the NHS and Primary Care clinical systems.
