Wellbeing Software is a trusted leader in the healthcare market, providing specialist systems to 75% of NHS Trusts. From single site to consortia and national installations, we are integration and connectivity experts.
The components of Stratus Shared Records
The secure cloud-based installation connects to many different data sources using Open Standards. Electronic Health Records can either be streamed on demand from their source system or published to the central store. We favour Open Standards but where systems are unable to comply, our integration engine can accommodate other methods of data or document transfer. Strict user management allows robust control and rigorous audit capabilities.
Providing GP data to create a single patient record
Wellbeing Software enables improved healthcare for 2 million London residents, with data extracted from 360 GP practices.
The CCGs are currently undertaking a programme called Whole Systems Integrated Care (WSIC), designed to unify fragmented and inefficient care provision across the boroughs, particularly for patients with long-term conditions. The aim is to create a single record for each patient, using information from a range of care providers involved in an individual’s treatment. This not only enables a more joined-up approach to patient treatment, but also feeds into large-scale analytics engines for the development of more effective care and more precise risk management. The collaboration sought a data management partner to extract patient information from hundreds of GP practices across the region for feeding into the WSIC service, and put out a public tender, with Wellbeing being chosen to be this partner.
Delivering connected care through Open Standards in Radiology
Strategic connectivity solutions delivered across multiple NHS consortia. Supporting new patient pathways and thousands of patient records.
Wellbeing Software have been delivering regional shared record solutions in Radiology since 2003. Through either centralised or distributed architecture, millions of patient records are stored, linked and displayed to support cross-organisational working. We are engaged with many local and regional connectivity projects, providing clinical software, integration services, data processing and records visualisation.
Comprehensive, connected, simple to navigate patient records
Connectivity projects can be complex, especially when there is a need to connect data and documents from multiple sources, residing in different systems and places. Stratus Shared Records is able to combine data and documents into a comprehensive activity-based view. This allows the user to see the most recent and relevant content from any part of the patient’s record. Using the intuitive timeline view, clinicians can see documents, data and linked metadata. Timeline filtering allows the user to quickly access the information they need, in a single portal, without conflict or confusion. This empowers clinicians to make faster and better informed decisions, which increases patient confidence and outcomes.
