Wellbeing Software is the UK division of Citadel Health, a growing global health technology business specialising in providing software systems within the Pathology, Radiology, Maternity, Oncology, Electronic Health Records and Data Management Services sectors. Over the last 30 years we have establish ourselves as one of the UK’s leading suppliers with over 75% of NHS trusts using our solutions with significant brand awareness of CRIS, Euroking and Apollo which form our foundation.

As we enter the next phase of our ambitious growth plan we are looking for an exceptional Commercial Director who will manage our client contracts and commercial risk. You will need to understand the future strategy of integrated digital healthcare and an awareness of emerging technologies such as AI and how they support clinicians to deliver improved patient diagnoses.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of financial models for all sales opportunities to validate deal margins are aligned with our revenue objectives
  • Determining and agreeing the appropriate commercial model for all revenue generating activities including joint ventures, licensing and profit-sharing options and managing the drafting of all appropriate legal agreements
  • Managing 3rd party inbound and outbound partners and ensuring that all parties are operating in the best interests of the partnership
  • Managing the client contract renewal schedule and financial profiling
  • Supporting the sales organisation in the identification and delivery of revenue growth opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Aligning client product development commitments with current roadmaps and product development team delivery plans
  • Providing support and guidance to the business for all customer commercial issues and disputes
  • Supporting the sales and operations team in the production and negotiation of client contracts and change control notes
  • Managing the production and monitoring of obligations registers for all new contracts and material amendments.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Batchelors Degree or equivalent in a Business-Related Discipline
  • Significant experience in a Commercial Director/Contract Management role in the software industry
  • An in-depth understanding of the digital healthcare sector, NHS strategic development and digital agenda and NHS funding streams
  • Experience within the healthcare software industry is desirable
