COVID-19 Wellbeing Software Business Continuity Plan
We would like to reassure our customers that we have a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP) that will be implemented if the guidance from the UK Government enforces any shutdowns or business closures as a result of the Coronavirus COVID-19.
As a technology company that fully embraces remote working any shut down will mean the company will stay open for business but that our office locations will be closed.
We are also implementing some initial policies in the short-term to mitigate any potential issues arising from Coronavirus. These include:
- Encouraging our customers and employees to reduce travel and face-to-face meetings where a virtual meeting will be appropriate.
- Ensuring all staff have remote devices with them in the event of an office shutdown.
- Reviewing our BCP against all likely impacts arising specifically from a Coronavirus-related closure.
